A Double tank Electric Table Top Fryer thermostatically controlled with a temperature range from 50 - 200 deg C, that holds 2 x 9 litres of oil.

The unit has a removable head and a drain tap at the front for easy cleaning and maintenance
The fryer is supplied with a batter plate and traditional wire basket.
